This is the ultimate resource to learn the Haxe programming language. This wiki teaches you Haxe from the ground up, giving you the comprehensive foundation that you need to create world class apps in Haxe.

This site is to help people to learn the amazing language Haxe. If you are a person who knows Haxe, you can help this site by editing and creating new pages. At present, Haxe versions up to 2.10 are covered.


To view the tutorials check the index sidebar on the left hand side. If you are new to Haxe then you should start with the Introduction section. If you have already installed haXe and want to learn how to program in it then got to the haxe Basics section. If you are an expert in haxe, you can use this as a reference.

Note - If you are adding a new page/editing an existing page to the site you need to remember the following -
  • You need to be a member of this wiki. Membership is free.
  • You need to add information based on learning the Haxe language only. The information provided should be correct.
  • Every page added/edited will be checked to see if it is not a spam and that it provides valid information about haXe. If it is not valid information on the haXe language then will be removed without any prior notice.
  • If a new page is created, it should be added to the correct category in the Index sidebar so that user can find it. Click here to edit the Index sidebar. If the appropriate category does not exist you can create one.
  • If the page is not placed in the correct category, it will be moved to the correct one.
  • A table of contents should be added using the widgets button.
